Rates are tiered: the per-pound cost decreases as weight increases. For 1 lb you pay $8.00 (minimum rate). For 10 to 55 lbs, the rate is $3.00 per pound. For 56 lbs and above, $2.80 per pound. Always the exact price, no surprise rounding.

The rate covers international shipping from Miami to Colombia (customs, air freight, and warehouse handling). Last-mile delivery — to your city or municipality — is quoted separately depending on your destination.

No. PrimeBox calculates, declares, and collects all import duties and taxes on your behalf. We handle the entire customs process — you don't need to file anything or appear before any authority. The tax amount is included in the total charge you receive from us.

You don't need an international card. When we open, we accept Colombian cards (debit and credit) as well as international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. All charges are made in US dollars (USD).

Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days once your package arrives at our Miami warehouse. Times may vary depending on the season and customs processing.

Every package is photographed and inspected when it arrives at our warehouse to document its condition. In case of loss or damage during transit, we open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
